.LIGHT WINDS AND A VERY DAMP ATMOSPHERE HAS LEAD TO THE
DEVELOPMENT OF DENSE FOG OVER AREAS SOUTHWEST OF MADISON.
TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW FREEZING AND THIS MAY LEAD TO FROST
FORMATION AND SLIPPERY STRETCHES.  AS WINDS AND HIGHER CLOUDS
INCREASE LATER TONIGHT THE FOG SHOULD ERODE.
