TO NEARLY CALM FOR A TIME RESULTING IN DENSE FOG EXPANDING ACROSS
THE AREA. AS THE LOW LIFTS TO THE NORTH...INCREASING WESTERLY
WINDS WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA...BRINGING IMPROVING CONDITIONS.
THIS SHOULD HAPPEN FROM MADISON AND POINTS WEST BY 3 AM MONDAY
MORNING...AND IN THE MILWAUKEE AREA BY 5 OR 6 AM.
