BY ABOUT 20 TO 30 MILES. THE RAIN ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT WILL
HELP TO IMPROVE VISIBILITIES AT TIMES. BUT...AS IT DISSIPATES
LATER ON...THE DENSE FOG SHOULD BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD AND PERSIST
