WISCONSIN THIS MORNING. THE VISIBILITY IS LESS THAN A QUARTER
MILE IN SOME SPOTS. WITH TEMPERATURES JUST BELOW FREEZING... FOG
CAN FREEZE ON UNTREATED SURFACES AND CAUSE HAZARDOUS DRIVING
