...BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS RETURN TONIGHT...

AN ARCTIC AIR MASS WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION LATER TONIGHT INTO
FRIDAY MORNING...ALONG WITH AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE FROM THE
WEST. WINDS WILL WEAKEN AS THE HIGH MOVES INTO THE REGION. CLEAR
SKIES TONIGHT WILL PROMOTE COOLER CONDITIONS AS WELL. WIND CHILL
VALUES WILL APPROACH 20 BELOW ZERO IN OUR FORECAST AREA. THE
COLDEST WIND CHILLS WILL BE BETWEEN 4 AND 7 AM.

IF GOING OUT TONIGHT...BE SURE TO DRESS IN LAYERS AND LIMIT
EXPOSURE.
