...FREEZING RAIN ARRIVING LATE THIS EVENING...

.AS SOUTHERLY WINDS INCREASE THIS EVENING... THE LOWER LAYERS OF
THE ATMOSPHERE WILL MOISTEN AND WARM TO ABOVE FREEZING. SURFACE
TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN COLD...WITH FREEZING RAIN EXPECTED
THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.

THE TEMPERATURE OF THE GROUND... SIDEWALKS AND ROADS WILL REMAIN
BELOW FREEZING TONIGHT. THIS WILL RESULT IN RAPID GLAZING OF
THESE COLD SURFACES AS SOON AS THE RAIN BEGINS. EXPECT SLIPPERY
CONDITIONS.
