...ICY ROADS TO CONTINUE ACROSS SOUTHERN WISCONSIN THIS MORNING...

.AIR TEMPERATURES ARE ABOVE FREEZING AND ICING IS NOT EXPECTED ON
ELEVATED SURFACES. HOWEVER...PAVEMENT TEMPERATURES ARE STILL NEAR
FREEZING...CAUSING UNTREATED ROADS TO CONTINUE TO ICE UP. TREATED
MAIN ROADS ARE IN MUCH BETTER SHAPE...COMPARED TO SECONDARY AND
SIDE ROADS.

THERE MAY BE LIGHT FREEZING RAIN MIXED WITH THE RAIN EARLY THIS
MORNING AROUND PORTAGE...REEDSBURG...GREEN LAKE AND MONTELLO.
CONDITIONS ACROSS THAT AREA ARE ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS WITH VERY
HAZARDOUS TRAVEL. THERE IS A THREAT FOR FALLING TREE LIMBS IF THE
ICE GETS TOO HEAVY.

  TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH...HIGHEST TOWARD THE DELLS AND
  REEDSBURG.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS CONDITIONS ON UNTREATED
  SIDEWALKS...ROADS AND BRIDGES. WEAK TREE BRANCHES COULD BE
  DOWNED...POSSIBLY RESULTING IN POWER OUTAGES.
