A PROLONGED PERIOD OF HIGHER RIVER FLOWS IS EXPECTED ACROSS AREA
RIVERS AND STREAMS DUE TO SNOW MELT RUNOFF. MONITOR RIVER LEVELS AND
STAY TUNED FOR RIVER FORECASTS UPDATES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

A PROLONGED PERIOD OF HIGHER RIVER FLOWS WILL CONTINUE DUE TO
SNOW MELT RUNOFF...AND ADDITIONAL PRECIPITATION EXPECTED THURSDAY
INTO FRIDAY. MONITOR RIVER LEVELS AND STAY TUNED FOR RIVER FORECASTS
UPDATES.

MODERATE SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE FROM THURSDAY MORNING INTO
EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. WITH TEMPERATURES HOVERING NEAR FREEZING JUST
ABOVE THE SURFACE...UNCERTAINTY REMAINS AS TO WHERE THE CUT OFF LINE
BETWEEN ALL SNOW AND A RAIN AND SNOW MIX WILL BE ACROSS THE AREA. AT
THIS POINT...THE BEST CHANCE OF ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL BE OVER THE
HIGHER TERRAIN OF NORTHWEST UPPER MICHIGAN AND ESPECIALLY OVER THE
KEWEENAW PENINSULA. STAY TUNED TO THE LATEST FORECAST FOR FURTHER
