becoming mostly sunny. Freezing spray. Waves building to 6 to
9 feet occasionally to 11 feet.
.TONIGHT...West wind 15 to 25 knots. Gusts up to 33 knots. Mostly
clear. Freezing spray in the evening. Waves subsiding to 2 to
4 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southwest wind 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy.
Isolated snow showers in the afternoon. Waves subsiding to 2 to
