OF MARQUETTE TO 23 MILES SOUTH OF GARDEN...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING
FROM 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF MARQUETTE TO 36 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
ESCANABA.  THESE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
