   MODERATE TO HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH TONIGHT ESPECIALLY FOR
   LOCATIONS EAST OF HARVEY.

 * WINDS NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR WILL INCREASE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST THIS
   MORNING...GUSTING AS HIGH AS 45 MPH NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR EAST OF
   MARQUETTE. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR LATE THIS MORNING INTO
   THIS EVENING. THIS WILL LIKELY LEAD TO WHITE-OUT CONDITIONS ALONG
   M-28 EAST OF MARQUETTE THROUGH THIS EVENING. AWAY FROM LAKE
   SUPERIOR...PATCHY BLOWING SNOW IS EXPECTED WITH WINDS GUSTING TO
   25 MPH.

 * ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS THIS MORNING THROUGH TONIGHT ARE
   EXPECTED TO BE BETWEEN 4 AND 7 INCHES FOR LOCATIONS EAST OF A LINE
   FROM HARVEY TO CARLSHEND. THE REST OF NORTHWEST AND EASTERN
   MARQUETTE COUNTY WILL SEE ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4
   INCHES...WITH 2 INCHES OR LESS EXPECTED SOUTH OF A LINE FROM
   CHAMPION TO ISHPEMING TO GWINN.

 * WIND CHILL READINGS WILL BE AS LOW AS 25 BELOW ZERO LATE THIS
