 * LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH INTO THIS EVENING.
   MODERATE TO HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL THEN DEVELOP TONIGHT
   BETWEEN 1AM AND 3AM. MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE
   THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.

 * WINDS NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR WILL GUST TO 30 MPH INTO THIS
   EVENING...CAUSING PATCHY BLOWING SNOW. WINDS WILL INCREASE
   OUT OF THE NORTHWEST ON FRIDAY MORNING...GUSTING AS HIGH AS
   45 MPH NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR
   LATE FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING. THIS WILL LEAD TO
   WHITE-OUT CONDITIONS FRIDAY INTO FRIDAY NIGHT...ESPECIALLY
   ALONG M-28.

 * ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED
   THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM MELSTRAND TO GRAND MARAIS TO
   PINE STUMP JUNCTION. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TONIGHT THROUGH
   FRIDAY NIGHT ARE EXPECTED TO BE 6 TO 12 INCHES. LOWER AMOUNTS
   ARE EXPECTED SOUTHWEST OF TRAUNIK AND TRENARY.

 * WIND CHILL READINGS WILL BE AS LOW AS 25 BELOW ZERO FRIDAY
   AFTERNOON AND FRIDAY NIGHT.

 * SNOW COVERED ROADS WILL CONTINUE TO BE SLIPPERY.

 * BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL LEAD TO VERY DANGEROUS TRAVEL
   CONDITIONS TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. SIMILAR PAST EVENTS
   HAVE LED TO THE CLOSURE OF M-28 BETWEEN HARVEY AND MUNISING.
   IF YOU BECOME STRANDED...YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO FACE BITTERLY

   ON FRIDAY MORNING...GUSTING AS HIGH AS 45 MPH NEAR LAKE
   SUPERIOR EAST OF MARQUETTE. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR
   LATE FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING. THIS WILL LIKELY
   LEAD TO WHITE- OUT CONDITIONS FRIDAY INTO FRIDAY NIGHT ALONG
   M-28 EAST OF MARQUETTE. AWAY FROM LAKE SUPERIOR...PATCHY
   BLOWING SNOW IS EXPECTED WITH WINDS GUSTING TO 25 MPH.
