HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE MODERATE AT TIMES THROUGH MID
   AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN NEAR LAKE
   SUPERIOR.

 * WEST WINDS SHIFTING OUT OF THE NORTHWEST EARLY THIS MORNING WILL
   CONTINUE TO GUST AS HIGH AS 30 TO 40 MPH TODAY...WITH THE
   STRONGEST WINDS NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR. THESE GUSTY WINDS WILL LEAD TO
   BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES.

 * ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS EARLY THIS MORNING THROUGH THE REST
   OF TODAY WILL REACH 2 TO 4 INCHES OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN NEAR
   LAKE SUPERIOR. INLAND...PLAN ON AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF
   SNOW.

IMPACTS...

 * ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.

 * MODERATE SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL LEAD TO REDUCED
   VISIBILITIES AS LOW AS ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES IN OPEN AREAS.
