.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS THIS EVENING
WILL PUSH INTO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
BEFORE LIFTING THROUGH UPPER MICHIGAN ON THURSDAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL
BEGIN SPREADING HEAVY AND WET SNOW OVER FAR WESTERN UPPER MICHIGAN
WEDNESDAY MORNING. AS THIS LOW CONTINUES TO MOVE TOWARD THE
REGION...THE SNOW WILL SPREAD EASTWARD AND WILL FALL HEAVY AT TIMES
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE SNOW WILL THEN
GRADUALLY DIMINISH DURING THE DAY ON THURSDAY AS THE LOW WEAKENS
WHILE LIFTING TOWARD ONTARIO. MANY PLACES ACROSS THE WESTERN HALF OF
UPPER MICHIGAN WILL SEE STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL AROUND ONE FOOT.
