1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE...AVERAGING 30.50 INCHES...WILL BUILD FROM
THE OHIO VALLEY TO THE EASTERN SEABOARD THROUGH TONIGHT.  CENTRAL
GREAT LAKES WILL REMAIN BETWEEN THIS HIGH AND LOW PRESSURE OF 29.40
INCHES TRACKING ACROSS CENTRAL ONTARIO ON SATURDAY.  A STRENGTHENING
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL THEN LIFT NORTHEAST AND INTO THE GREAT
LAKES SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT.
