UPPER MIDWEST ON MONDAY...WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.10 INCHES NUDGES
INTO LOWER MICHIGAN. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN SLOWLY EXPAND ACROSS
THE GREAT LAKES REGION TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY AS DEEPENING LOW
PRESSURE LIFTS UP THE NORTHEAST COAST OF THE US.
