NORTHEAST ALONG THE OHIO VALLEY BRINGING A CHANCE OF RAIN AND SNOW
TO THE EASTERN LAKES. HIGH PRESSURE...AVERAGING 30.30 INCHES...THEN
BUILDS BACK OVER THE REGION FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK AND INTO THE
WEEKEND.
