Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low Pressure averaging 29.40 inches will lift north from
James Bay into northern Quebec today. A weak cold front will sweep
through the area on Tuesday around this low pressure with a ridge of
high pressure then build into the area in its wake.

15 knots in the afternoon. Partly sunny. Scattered light showers
early in the afternoon. Numerous showers late in the afternoon.

.TONIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. Numerous light
showers early in the evening...then a chance of light showers late
in the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly sunny. A chance of
light showers late in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to 10
knots in the late evening and overnight. Partly cloudy. A chance of
light showers early in the evening. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots in the morning becoming
light and variable...then becoming south 5 to 10 knots in the
evening. Mostly sunny becoming partly sunny in the afternoon and
evening becoming mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. A chance
of showers and thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy. Showers
likely and a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or less.
