the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, averaging 30.10 inches, will hold over
the Great Lakes through the weekend. A weak front will then drop
into the region late Sunday into Monday. High pressure, averaging
30.00 inches, returns quickly behind the front heading into Tuesday.
