Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A large and deep low pressure system will move slowly
across northern Ontario today while weakening from 28.70 inches. The
system will continue to produce westerly gales before subsiding to
30 knots or less by late afternoon. A front will then move through
the region overnight through Thursday with just light to moderate
wind through Friday. A stronger low pressure system is then due to
move through the central Great Lakes during the weekend.

.REST OF TONIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots. Gusts to 30 knots this
evening. Partly cloudy in the late evening and early morning
becoming mostly cloudy. Scattered flurries. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly sunny. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest 15 to
20 knots early in the morning. Mostly cloudy early in the evening
becoming partly cloudy. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Partly sunny. Waves 1 to 3
feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 5 to
10 knots. Partly cloudy in the evening becoming mostly cloudy. A
chance of light snow showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the northwest
in the evening. Mostly cloudy. Light snow showers likely...then a
chance of light snow showers late in the evening. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 2
feet or less.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy with a
chance of light rain and snow showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
