.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK AREA OF LOW PRESSURE...29.50 INCHES...WILL LIFT
NORTHWARD THROUGH THE TENNESSEE VALLEY TODAY...WHILE A STRONG LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL WRAP UP TO 29.40 INCHES OVER NORTHERN
MINNESOTA. THE STRONGER AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL ONLY SLOWLY DRIFT
ACROSS PORTIONS OF ONTARIO TO QUEBEC BY THURSDAY. PERSISTENT WEAK
TROUGHING WILL REMAIN IN PLACE OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES THROUGH
FRIDAY.
