SYSTEM...29.40 INCHES...WILL DROP DOWN OVER THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES
ON TUESDAY.  THIS SYSTEM WILL THEN SWING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE
REGION ON TUESDAY NIGHT.
