INCHES...TRACKS ACROSS THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY. THE HIGH WILL THEN
WEAKEN AS IT PUSHES BACK EASTWARD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES ON
SUNDAY AS THE OHIO VALLEY LOW WEAKENS AND MOVES EAST.
