THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL LIFT
ACROSS THE WESTERN AND NORTHERN GREAT LAKES TONIGHT AND
MONDAY...DEEPENING TO 28.80 INCHES. THE PASSAGE OF THIS SYSTEM
THROUGH THE REGION WILL PUSH A STRONG COLD FRONT ACROSS THE AREA
MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING...AND ALLOW VERY STRONG WINDS TO
DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES. STRONG WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
DIMINISH TUESDAY AS THE LOW LIFTS NORTHEAST AND WEAK HIGH PRESSURE
BUILDS OVER THE OHIO VALLEY.
