OVER THE GREAT LAKES TODAY AND PERSIST FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK.
THIS WILL KEEP WIND SUBDUED BUT WILL MAINTAIN MUCH BELOW NORMAL
TEMPERATURES UNTIL SOME SLOW IMPROVEMENT OCCURS DURING THE WEEKEND.
