the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Mild air will continue to build over the Great Lakes
through Thursday on moderate south wind. The next cold front will
enter the area Thursday night following low pressure tracking
through Upper Michigan at 29.60 inches. There is potential for north
gales from Thursday night through Saturday both behind the front and
as a strong low pressure system, 29.40 inches, moves through the
Ohio valley Friday and to the Atlantic coast Saturday.

.REST OF TONIGHT...South winds 15 to 20 knots. Cloudy. A chance of
drizzle and patchy fog.
.THURSDAY...South winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to 15 knots
in the afternoon. Patchy fog early in the morning. Cloudy with a
chance of light rain.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the
northwest early in the morning. Rain.
.FRIDAY...North winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to 25 knots
with gusts to 30 knots late in the afternoon. Rain early in the
morning. Light snow until late afternoon...then a chance of light
snow late in the afternoon. A Small Craft Advisory may be needed.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...North winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
diminishing to 15 to 20 knots after midnight. Mostly cloudy. A
chance of light snow early in the evening...then a chance of light
snow showers in the late evening and overnight.
.SATURDAY...North winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to 15 knots
in the evening. Mostly cloudy. A chance of light snow showers until
late afternoon.
.SUNDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy.
.MONDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy with a
chance of snow showers.
