TOWARD QUEBEC TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL PUSH A STRONG COLD FRONT ACROSS
THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES THIS EVENING...BRINGING GUSTY WINDS AND
UNSETTLED WEATHER THROUGH TONIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN
PLAINS WILL THEN EXPAND INTO THE AREA LATE THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY.
