THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO NORTHEAST ONTARIO BY TONIGHT. THIS LOW WILL
DRAG A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT ACROSS THE REGION TONIGHT INTO
WEDNESDAY AS IT TRACKS INTO EASTERN CANADA.
