1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.10 inches, will build over Lake
Michigan through tomorrow. Stronger high pressure with then build
south from Northwest Ontario Thursday and Friday, and continue to
hold in the area through the weekend.

.REST OF TONIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west 10
to 15 knots early in the morning. Clear. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to 10 knots
late in the morning...then becoming northwest 10 to 15 knots early
in the afternoon increasing to 15 to 20 knots late in the afternoon.
Partly sunny. A chance of waterspouts. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...North winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy early
in the evening becoming mostly clear. A chance of waterspouts. Waves
2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming north 5 to 10
knots in the late morning and afternoon. Partly sunny. A chance of
waterspouts. Waves 2 feet or less.
