Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.20 inches, over southern Lower
Michigan early this morning will slide east into the Mid Atlantic
late today. This high will then move off the East Coast Tomorrow,
allowing a cold front, 29.90 inches, to move through the Central
Great Lakes Sunday night.
