THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE NEW ENGLAND AREA WILL
CONTINUE TO PUSH OFF TO THE EAST OVERNIGHT.  A LINGERING SURFACE
TROUGH WILL MOVE THROUGH BRINGING SNOW SHOWERS TO THE AREA BEFORE
EXITING ON THURSDAY.  WINDS WILL GRADUALLY SLACKEN AS HIGH
PRESSURE...AVERAGING 30.30 INCHES...BUILDS OVER THE REGION AND HOLDS
THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
