BUILD INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES MONDAY BEFORE EASTERLY WINDS
INCREASE TUESDAY AHEAD OF A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING INTO
THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY.
