1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE WILL WEAKEN TO 29.70 INCHES AS IT DRIFTS TO
LAKE ONTARIO TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY. THIS WILL CAUSE WINDS TO
DIMINISH BEFORE THE PRESSURE GRADIENT STRENGTHENS AGAIN DUE TO A
STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE
UPPER MIDWEST THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
