INTO THE OHIO VALLEY TUESDAY MORNING. MEANWHILE...ANOTHER AREA OF
SURFACE LOW PRESSURE AROUND...29.40 INCHES...DEEPENS TO...29.30
INCHES...AS IT LIFTS INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS EARLY TUESDAY. THESE
LOWS ARE EXPECTED TO MERGE LATE TUESDAY NIGHT. AS THESE SYSTEM
SLOWLY TRACK TO THE EAST...SEVERAL TROUGHS OF LOW PRESSURE WILL
