Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong low pressure deepens to around 28.90 inches by
Friday morning centered near the Georgian Bay. High end gales
with sporadic gusts to storms develop Friday afternoon into
Friday night over northern two-thirds of Lake Huron. Gales
persist into Saturday morning before weakening the latter half of
the day as weak high pressure, 29.90 inches, briefly builds into
the region.

MORNING...

.REST OF TONIGHT...North winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest 15
to 20 knots after midnight. Showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...West winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales
becoming northwest to 30 knots with gusts to 40 knot gales late in
the afternoon. Showers. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds to 30 knots diminishing to 20 to 25
knots after midnight. Gusts to 40 knot gales. Mostly cloudy with
showers in the evening...then partly cloudy after midnight. Waves 3
to 5 feet. Waves occasionally around 7 feet.
.SATURDAY...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
becoming west 15 to 20 knots early in the afternoon. Sunny. Waves 2
to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late morning and
afternoon.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots backing to the south
after midnight. Clear in the evening...then partly cloudy with a
chance of light showers after midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming north 10 to 15
knots in the evening. Partly sunny becoming mostly clear. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.MONDAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.TUESDAY...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots.
Mostly cloudy with light showers likely. Waves 1 to 3 feet. A Small
Craft Advisory may be needed.
