Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 30.00 inches, will track northeast across the northern
Great Lakes today. High pressure, 30.30 inches, will build across
the region from the west tonight and into Saturday. Strong low
pressure, approaching 29.00 inches, will then track northeast across
the northern Great Lakes Sunday.

.REST OF TODAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the
southwest early in the afternoon...then becoming west 10 to 15 knots
late in the afternoon. Light showers late in the morning.
.TONIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest 5 to 10
knots in the late evening and overnight. Cloudy.
.SATURDAY...Light and variable winds becoming east 5 to 10 knots in
the late morning and afternoon. Cloudy.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20
knots late in the evening...then becoming southeast 10 to 15 knots
after midnight. Light showers.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
diminishing to 10 to 15 knots in the evening. Mostly cloudy becoming
mostly sunny in the late morning and early afternoon becoming clear.
A Small Craft Advisory may be needed.
.MONDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Clear.
.TUESDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly clear.
