1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak surface ridge will bring a brief increase in
pressure up to 29.90 inches this afternoon before a second clipper
system, averaging 29.60 inches, drops south of Michigan Wednesday
into Thursday.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS EVENING...

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
diminishing to 15 to 20 knots early in the morning. Mostly clear. A
chance of flurries. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest 5 to 10
knots late in the morning...then backing to the south early in the
afternoon becoming southeast 10 to 15 knots late in the afternoon. A
chance of flurries early in the morning...then light snow in the
late morning and afternoon. Snow may be heavy at times in the
afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots backing to the
north after midnight. Becoming partly cloudy early in the morning.
Snow early in the evening...then snow showers in the late evening
and early morning. A chance of light snow showers early in the
morning. Snow may be heavy at times early in the evening. Waves 2
feet or less.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots diminishing to 5 to 10
knots in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy until
early morning becoming mostly cloudy. Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy with a
chance of light snow showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy. A chance of
snow showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Mostly cloudy. Waves 2 feet
or less.
