the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.15 inches, will hold nearly stationary
across the eastern Great Lakes through the weekend and into early
next week. Weakening low pressure, currently 30.00 inches, over
northern lower Michigan will dissipate this evening.
