THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE WILL STRENGTHEN TO 29.50 INCHES AS IT
PIVOTS ACROSS LOWER MICHIGAN THROUGH THIS EVENING.  THIS LOW WILL
WEAKEN AS IT THEN PULLS EAST INTO THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT.  MODERATE
NORTHERLY WIND WILL PERSIST BEHIND THE SYSTEM THROUGH THROUGH
THURSDAY. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE...29.90 INCHES...WILL THEN BE IN
CONTROL OF FAVORABLE MARINE CONDITIONS FRIDAY BEFORE THE NEXT FRONT
IS DUE TO ARRIVE LATER SATURDAY INTO SATURDAY NIGHT.
