COAST TONIGHT TO THE OHIO VALLEY BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE LOW IS
FORECAST TO LIFT INTO LAKE HURON BY WEDNESDAY EVENING WHILE
DEEPENING TO 29.10 INCHES AND INTO CANADA BY THURSAY MORNING AT
28.80 INCHES. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN EXPAND INTO THE OHIO
VALLEY REGION ON THURSDAY.
