Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure averaging 30.10 inches will get
pushed eastward today by an approaching frontal boundary which will
settle across the central Great Lakes this afternoon. A low pressure
system organizing over the Central Plains on Friday will then lift
northeast along the frontal boundary this weekend while deepening to
around 29.40 inches by the time it reaches the straits Sunday
morning.

2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 2
feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Light and variable winds becoming southeast 5 to 10
knots in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. A chance of light showers.
Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south 15
to 20 knots after midnight. Mostly cloudy with a chance of light
showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west 20 to 25
knots in the afternoon...then becoming northwest 15 to 20 knots in
the evening. Gusts to 30 knots. Mostly cloudy with light showers
likely until late afternoon...then partly cloudy in the evening.
Waves 1 to 3 feet. A Small Craft Advisory may be needed.
.MONDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly clear. Waves 2 feet or
less.
