1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE...AVERAGING 30.10 INCHES...WILL BUILD INTO
THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES TODAY.  THIS HIGH WILL THEN SLOWLY SETTLE TO
THE EAST TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY.  A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL SETTLE
ACROSS NORTHERN LAKE HURON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY...AS LOW
PRESSURE ORGANIZES OVER THE PLAINS.  THIS FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL
BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR THUNDERSTORMS AS IT LINGERS ACROSS THE
REGION THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.
