.Colder temperatures have slowed ice movement on the Kuskokwim
River, however ice jam releases are being reported along the river.

...THE FLOOD ADVISORY FOR ICE JAM FLOODING HAS BEEN EXTENDED AND
CONTINUES IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by ice jams continues.

* WHERE...Kuskokwim River near Akiak.

* WHEN...Until noon AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding of low areas and roadways continued in
  Akiak.  Additional flooding is possible as water moves through the
  system.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 915 AM AKDT, the ice jam front had broken and moved
    further downstream of Akiak, however additional river rises
    and flooding continued. Water levels will remain high and
    could fluctuate and be elevated until the ice on the
    Kuskokwim River clears.
