...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN LACKAWANNA AND WEST
CENTRAL WAYNE COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM EDT...

At 441 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Olyphant, or near Scranton, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Scranton, Dunmore, Carbondale, Archbald, Blakely, Dickson City,
Olyphant, Clarks Summit, Jessup, and Honesdale.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Pennsylvania Interstate 81 between 186 and 197.
 Interstate 84 between 1 and 4.
 Interstate 380 near 24.
 Interstate 476 near 131.
