Scattered rain and snow showers and northwest winds will continue
to diminish this morning across central and eastern portions of
the Northern Plains, with skies clearing through the morning.
Look for morning lows mostly in the 20s, but with some teens
possible over western portions of the region.

Today and Sunday will bring warming temperatures, decreasing
winds, and overall dry conditions. Highs today will still be a bit
cool compared to average, in the mid 40s to lower 50s. Expect
warmer temperatures on Sunday and Monday with highs generally in
the mid 50s to mid 60s. Rain chances return to the forecast late
Sunday night through Monday, and potentially into Tuesday. Winds
will also increase on Monday, with windy conditions expected
across the region.
