...AREAS OF FOG DEVELOPING AND PERSISTING...

Surface observations indicate that areas of fog are developing
and persisting across nearly all of Deep South Texas and the Rio
Grande Valley, with visibilities being reduced generally to
between 2 and 4 miles. Isolated patches of more dense fog, with
visibilities reduced to less than 1 mile, are also forming.

Motorists are urged to reduce speed, use low beam headlights, and
avoid tailgating in any fog through the next few hours.
