Surface high pressure will be departing today with mostly sunny
skies through the morning. An inversion is expected to still be in
place at ignition time leading to poor to fair ventilation. Rapid
warming will quickly lead to good ventilation rates by 10AM. Min
RHs will fall to around 27% with southerly winds picking up in the
afternoon with gusts in the mid teens.
