.HEAVY RAINS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES HAVE FALLEN IN MUCH OF EASTERN IOWA
OVERNIGHT AND THIS MORNING. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES IS LIKELY
TO FALL OVER MUCH OF EASTERN IOWA AND NORTHWEST ILLINOIS THIS
AFTERNOON AND OVERNIGHT. LOCALIZED AMOUNTS OVER 2 INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE. WHILE FLASH FLOODING CANNOT BE RULED OUT...THE MORE
LIKELY IMPACT IS TRIBUTARY RIVER FLOODING.
