  Counties

This Flood Watch is based on observed and predicted rainfall over
the next 24 hours.

At this time there is moderate confidence in the potential for minor
flooding associated with recent heavy rainfall amounts. If recent
trends continue, this watch will be upgraded to a flood warning.

  to 15.1 feet Thursday morning. Fall below flood stage Friday
  morning.
