* PORTIONS OF ILLINOIS...IOWA AND NORTHEAST MISSOURI...INCLUDING
  THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN ILLINOIS...HANCOCK...HENDERSON...
  HENRY IL...MCDONOUGH...MERCER...ROCK ISLAND AND WARREN. IN
  IOWA...BENTON...CEDAR...DES MOINES...HENRY IA...IOWA...
  JEFFERSON...JOHNSON...KEOKUK...LEE...LINN...LOUISA...
  MUSCATINE...SCOTT...VAN BUREN AND WASHINGTON. IN NORTHEAST
  MISSOURI...CLARK AND SCOTLAND.

* UNTIL 7 AM CDT WEDNESDAY

* SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN ARE EXPECTED
  TONIGHT. MANY LOCATIONS IN THE WATCH AREA HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED
  1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN...OR HIGHER...IN THE PAST DAY WITH SOILS
  NEAR SATURATION.

* STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HIGH RAINFALL RATES.
  LOCATIONS IMPACTED BY INTENSE STORMS OR MULTIPLE ROUNDS COULD
  RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN...WITH ISOLATED
  AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES POSSIBLE. FLASH FLOODING WILL BE
  POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY IN URBAN AREAS AND NEAR RAIN SWOLLEN
  CREEKS.
