.AFTER ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS MOVE ACROSS
THE AREA THIS MORNING...THERE WILL BE THE CHANCE FOR MORE STORM
DEVELOPMENT WITH HEAVY RAIN LATER THIS EVENING AND INTO TONIGHT
ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEASTERN IOWA...FAR NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI
AND ILLINOIS. THE THUNDERSTORMS TONIGHT WILL HAVE THE POTENTAIL
OF PRODUCING 1 TO 3 INCHES OR MORE OF RAINFALL BY EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING. THIS AMOUNT OF RAINFALL ON TOP OF WHAT OCCURRED EARLIER
TODAY MAY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING TONIGHT ACROSS THESE AREAS OF
CONCERN. THUS A FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THIS EVENING

  BUREAU...HENRY IL...PUTNAM...ROCK ISLAND AND WHITESIDE. IN
  EAST CENTRAL IOWA...CEDAR...JOHNSON...MUSCATINE AND SCOTT.

* FROM 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING

* THE COMBINATION OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL EARLIER THIS MORNING
  ACTING AS A PRIMER...AND MORE THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING BY
  TONIGHT WITH HEAVY RAINFALL OF 1 TO 4 INCHES POSSIBLE...MAY LEAD
  TO FLASH FLOODING.

* FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE ALONG CREEKS... LOW LYING AREAS...
  AND URBAN AREAS TONIGHT WHERE HEAVY RAINFALL OCCURS. WATER MAY
