.It appears the ice that has held the Rock River at Moline up over flood
stage for the past week or more has given way to free flowing water...ending
the flooding.

River forecasts include past precipitation and forecast rainfall for
the next 48 hours.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternate route. Turn around, don`t drown.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Rock River at Moline.
* At  5:30 PM Monday the stage was 11.2 feet...and falling.
* Flood stage is  12 feet.
* No flooding is occurring...and no flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...It appears the ice that has held the Rock River at Moline
  up over flood stage for the past week or more has given way to free flowing water.
* Forecast...fall to 9.7 feet Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At  11.0 feet...Water affects agricultural land upstream
  from Moline.
