  The Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.
* At  2:30 AM Sunday the stage was 10.9 feet...and falling.
* Flood stage is  11 feet.
* No flooding is occurring...and no flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Fall to 10.0 feet Monday morning.
* Impact...At  11.0 feet...Water affects County Road E63 north of the
  river near Toronto and affects the lowest roads in Buena Vista.
